Current Employee, less than one year
Pros
As well many pro's to list but I'll effort to summarize it the best I can. This role is new to Honorhealth and to the Respiratory department. And so far, with total transparency, I can safely say that I enjoy my time with this hospital and with the Respiratory department. The direction squad is some of the nicest, all-time people I've worked with thus far in the medical field. They are cracking to answering your questions, providing advice/tips and helping you lot throughout your shift with whatever may come up up. They're outgoing and want you to succeed. Goose egg but 5 stars out of 5. This is something you just don't see anymore, which is a shame, so this is very meaningful to me and I capeesh it everyday. THEY WANT YOU TO SUCCEED! The role itself is unique but you are able to develop your ain style on how yous approach things, as long as the tasks are washed from a day-to-twenty-four hour period basis. It'due south quite interesting to me because prior to starting this role, I knew very piddling virtually Respiratory in general merely was willing to learn and sympathise the different concepts. It is a mixture of things from maintaining the Respiratory equipment/devices to keeping areas stocked and ready to go to making the department run a little more than efficiently when it comes to the tasks of the R.E.T. All in all, I would recommend this position. The team just makes everything amend in and then many ways! A+
Cons
No cons to share, information technology actually is that nifty.

took a while to think of some. met some good people there i guess. thats near it.
Cons
Bounty dept either isnt keeping up with market salaries or isnt interested in doing so. They have been bleeding talent for years before and later my departure. Many people literally doubled their pay after leaving. every two-3 years there is a reorg. it allows senior leadership to bear witness every bit if something is irresolute. Is it changing for the improve?
